Remote Position – Room for Growth

Due to the continued growth of our company, we are seeking people who are passionate about customer service to join our team! The candidate will enjoy building client relationships and understand the needs of our clientele and can educate them on the benefits that can be achieved through our services. Social media and customer service experience is ideal however we will offer traineeship programs for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in our lead generation strategy on our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
  • Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
  • Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms. If training is needed, it can be provided.
    • Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
    • Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style.
    • Must attend weekly team meetings.
    • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings. 

    As the successful applicant, you will:

    • Create an atmosphere that makes clients feel comfortable and welcome
    • Create relationships with potential clients and convert enquiries into bookings, up sell services where possible, and follow up with clientele after purchases/applications. 
    • Maintain up to date knowledge on current programs and services available and be able to make recommendations to clients, that meet their needs

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to clients needs and make recommendations based on these needs
